CybersauceBot

CybersauceBot/1.0 is the user-agent for the free CyberSauce URL scanner at cybersauce.io/scan. It performs a small number of read-only HTTP GET/HEAD-style requests to publicly reachable URLs that a submitter has consented to test.

What we request

• Typically under 25 requests per scan, sequential, with short delays
• Well-known paths such as security headers on the homepage, /.env, /.git/config, and similar exposure checks
• No fuzzing, no credential stuffing, no exploitation payloads, no writes
• Scan jobs time out around two minutes

Authorization

Scans require an explicit consent checkbox affirming the submitter owns the site or has written authorization. Unauthorized scanning may violate the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act and similar laws. We log consent with each job.
